<p style="text-align:justify;">On 26th and 29th June, T-WING Consortium (CIRA, IBK, Magnaghi Aeronautica, OMI, Salver, SSM, Università di Napoli Federico II) and Leonardo Helicopter held the remote meeting to fulfill the Critical Design Review Entry of the innovative Wing and Moveable Surfaces of the NextGen of Civil Tiltrotor Technical Demonstrator (NGCTR-TD).<br></p><p style="text-align:justify;">One year of preparation, COVID-19 difficulties, at the end 70 engineers representing the entire working group coming from the T-WING and Leonardo Helicopters, discussed on several technical aspects to recognize the suitable level of design maturity to give the viability for the next program phases.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">T-WING has covered all the topics starting from design, structural analysis, aeroelasticity, sensoring and technologies' scalability for the application to the larger next tiltrotor family product (NGCTR). The consortium also presented the main tangible program results: the main hybrid composite-INVAR wing and moveable surfaces tools and the first integrated 7 meters long wing upper panel.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">The achieved maturity has been considered valuable. No major actions have been identified to close the CDR.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">T-WING is now focused on the completion of design phase including the LHD support for NGCTR-TD permit to flight achievement and manufacturing phase.<br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p></p>
